I've got the organizing part down, it's the prioritizing I need help with. Still trying to figure out what will work best for my family in terms of a schedule and making sure I spend enough time with the kids. It's easy to run to the computer and try to get a few minutes in but a few minutes can lead to an hour easily. I think I really need to start waking up earlier, but I don't like that idea. ;) Would love to read this book!

Just subscribed. I'd still say time management – prioritizing to make it all work would be my big help needed area. Book looks great!

Boy, this certainly sounds like something I need! Home schooling mom, re-entering the college soon, stay at home mom and glass artisan that tries to make a few bucks here and there selling her glass work. Would love to learn about making it all work and keeping my sanity too! ~GRIN!~ Thank you for the opportunity! Warmest regards.

Just subscribed! My biggest challenge is the break between work, chores and family time. I try to intermingle them all a bit too often and it doesn't end well. Can't wait to read the book and hopefully learn to set boundaries.

    Firstly, just subscribed. :)

Secondly, challenges? Organizing? Yes. Prioritizing? Yes. Kids? YES. I feel like I need help in all areas. Part of it is that up until last week (literally) I was like you – considering myself as a stay at home mom or homemaker. With the (re)launch of Simple Kids and all that it is going to take to create a successful, helpful site there, I am realizing I have got to reframe myself in my own mind as work at home mom.

Essentially, I just need all kinds of help. Thanks for this series.

OH! And by the way, insprired by your home office post, I found a desk on craigslist and am going to overhaul a tiny corner of our house into my office – in the LAUNDRY room of all places! Whatever works, right? You are awesome. Thanks for the inspiration and help.

I also think I need help in multiple areas. As my kids get older, they can play more independently, but they also notice how much time Mom's on the computer and not with them. I need balance!

I would love to read this. I've been working from home for 3 years now, but there is always more to learn about it! (And I am already subscribed!)

Wow, do I ever need this! I've been a stay at home mom for so many years, that as my blog has grown into a full time job, that I'm having a really hard time getting it 'all' done. I think what I need to learn is how to balance 'all.' I've gotten help around the house, but still I try to do too much. One of the biggest areas I need to learn is how to set up my business–books, money in and money out, balancing business income vs paycheck, and how that all plays into helping my family by working from home!

I don't work at home yet, but would love to. I am looking into the travel business as well as MT. My biggest problem is prioritizing and scheduling. I am afraid that I will be doing housework when I am supposed to work and vice a versa. Both my kids will be in school starting this summer, so that shouldn't be a problem. Even though I feel like I would be ok working on my own, I am also a little afraid if I would get sidetracked by things like chatting, Facebook etc.
